Room and hotel grounds are very clean. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel is a manageable walking distance from Disneyland and some of the rooms have a great park view where you can watch the fireworks from your room. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic location, easy walk to both Disneyland and downtown Disney. The lounge and food offerings are incredible. The front desk staff are also amazing — Tiara helped me today and made the checkin process incredibly easy. Really enjoy the Westin Anaheim for my Disneyland trips

The Location is beautiful and it is conveniently next Disneyland. The family had a nice stroll in the morning and at night. Shaeli was hospitable, she gave good recommendations for things to do outside of Disney. The family had a great time, we will come back. December 2025.

What a gorgeous hotel! Everything looked new, sparkling clean, and well-maintained. There’s a large gym on the Lobby level (west) with a water fountain (choice of hot, cold, sparkling), lots of cardio and weight machines, and even cold wet towels in a mini fridge! We already had plenty of exercise at Disneyland, but I felt I needed to give the treadmill a whirl since everything was so clean and neat! Our room was very spacious and clean, with all-touch-panel controls. Most maddening was the AC control, which didn’t work when we got into our room the first time (and it felt like the tropics!). No combination of fan and temperature settings could get the AC to start up. We ultimately asked the staff at the reception area about it, and they very politely offered to control it from their computers. Got back to the room after dinner and the room was still a bit hot. Tried meddling with the touch pad again and finally got the AC to work. No more problems with it after that, thank goodness. Everything else about the room was great. Good blackout shades, no annoying super-bright LED lights on gadgets, soft pillow-top mattress, great blanket and comforter. The water pressure was a bit low and the bathroom has no fan, but those weren’t dealbreakers. The closet was super-tiny though, so we just kept our clothes in our bags. The breakfast buffet in the Tangerine Room restaurant was excellent! Perfectly moist, fluffy scrambled eggs and awesome corned beef hash. Walking to Disneyland was very easy. A 15-minute leisurely walk gets you to the west side of Downtown Disney, where Din Tai Fung and the LEGO store are. If you prefer to take the ART shuttle bus, you’ll have to get a pass yourself through their website; there’s no hotel shuttle. If you’re parking, there’s a huge parking structure behind the hotel. Check in first and then you can use your room key card to enter the garage. Also, there are really no parking spots out front to temporarily park while you check in, so just stop along the curb next to the Puesto restaurant or Blossom cafe/mini-market. You can, of course, choose to valet. Lastly, have to shout out the staff! Super friendly and helpful!

Everything was perfect. The front desk and staff at the restaurant are all friendly and nice. Except: I am currently staying at this resort and am writing this review mid-stay to express my serious disappointment regarding the housekeeping services. For a 5-star resort, one expects a consistent level of excellence, but unfortunately, that has not been our experience so far. While our room was cleaned perfectly on the first night, the service completely failed on the second night. We were proactive in ensuring that the service light was turned on to signal that the room was ready for cleaning, yet no one ever showed up. Coming back to an unserviced room is incredibly frustrating at any hotel, but at a luxury resort of this caliber, it is unacceptable. We still have three nights remaining in our stay, and I sincerely hope management addresses this immediately. When you pay for a 5-star experience, you expect the basic service standards to be met without having to follow up with the front desk. I hope the team reviews their housekeeping protocols to ensure the remainder of our stay is handled with greater care. Updated: they started to cleaning our room seriously on the remaining days. I would stay here again !

Great hotel, the best in Irvine and Anaheim for vacation. Martiza was very nice and welcoming during my check-in. She handled the process smoothly and made a great first impression with her positive attitude and kind gestures, which immediately set a good tone for the stay. What also stood out to me was the cleanliness of the pool area. One morning, the ground and the pool beds looked so fresh that I initially thought it had rained the night before. Later, I asked one of the staff members (I believe his name was Alfredo, but I’m not fully sure), and he explained that the pool area is cleaned and washed daily as part of the hotel’s routine maintenance. These small details reflect the level of care and attention the hotel puts into maintaining its facilities and ensuring a comfortable experience for guests. Overall, my stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort was very positive. The hotel is well located, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the general atmosphere feels calm and well organized despite being in a busy area. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are well kept, and the staff across different touchpoints were friendly and professional. The stay felt smooth and hassle free, and it’s a property I would consider returning to and recommending to others visiting Anaheim.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommend We had an outstanding stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. The food, service, and rooms were all exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay feel truly elevated. The rooms and suites are modern, spacious, and beautifully appointed—far nicer than those at the Disney resorts. Even better, the suite pricing is much more reasonable compared to staying on Disney property, making this an excellent value without sacrificing comfort or quality. Location is another major win. The hotel is in easy walking distance to both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park, which made getting to and from the parks simple and stress-free. If you’re looking for a high-end hotel near Disney with superior rooms, great dining, excellent service, and better pricing than the Disney resorts, The Westin Anaheim Resort is an easy choice. Highly recommend.

We had another great stay at the Westin Anaheim. The team really took care of us and made the trip extra special. The staff is consistently amazing, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we need. You can tell they genuinely care about guest experience. Being able to walk right across to Disneyland is a huge plus and makes everything so convenient. Always one of our favorite places to stay when we’re in the area. Highly recommend.
